As well as brand new features from over 40 countries, we screen short films, Australian films, documentaries and archive titles, many of which are recently restored. The festival hosts a number of awards to recognise excellence in filmmaking, including the Dendy Awards for Australian Short Films, (which are Academy Award eligible), the FOXTEL Australian Documentary Awards and the Official Competition, which celebrates 'courageous and audacious filmmaking'.

If you're visiting the Sydney Film Festival, then the best place to park is the Domain Car Park. The car park is located only a short walk from the major Sydney Film Festival venues including: Art Gallery of NSW, State Theatre, Dendy Opera Quays and Event Cinemas George Street.

PCYC City of Sydney Sponsorship

PCYC City of Sydney Sponsorship

Police and Community Youth Clubs (PCYC) provide safe places for NSW kids to play, study and participate in exciting and productive activities.

Kids can participate in a wide range of team and individual sports, video projects, music programs, self-development programs, homework clubs and alternative education programs that teach basic literacy and numeracy skills as well as vital life skills like how to relate to others and anger management.

PCYC means less truancy, less crime and more young people with greater confidence.

There are 59 Clubs throughout NSW. As a result of fundraising, more than 1,400 kids from disadvantaged backgrounds are given free membership each year.

PCYC is the largest youth organisation in NSW, with over 61,000 members, 120 Police officers, 2,500 volunteers and 400 employees.

City of Sydney is PCYC's foundation club. Originally established in 1937, this was the first PCYC to be built in NSW.
Today we're proud of our position as a leader in the provision of quality youth and community services, offering sports, recreation and training opportunities to the City of Sydney.

InterPark - Domain Car Park is proud to be a sponsor of the PCYC City of Sydney and values returning the support of local communities that are an integral part of our car parks.

NSW Parking Levy

FIGHT THE 110% TAX INCREASE ON YOUR PARKING!

On 1 July 2009, the NSW Government is increasing the tax you pay on parking in the CBD by 110% from $950 a year to $2000 a year!

The NSW Government want you to believe their tax grab on CBD Parking spaces will help reduce traffic congestion in the CBD but they've missed the point. According to NRMA's Clean Air campaign, 85% of traffic that enters the CBD in peak hour passes straight through. A tax grab on parking won't solve the problem.

They also want you to believe that their parking tax grab will fund congestion solutions, but where are the solutions? They'll take $8 off you in tax per day - $40 a week - put it straight into consolidated revenue.

InterPark, as part of the Parking Operators Association, is fighting the NSW Governments' unfair tax grab on CBD parking and needs your support.

Please sign our petition located in the car park and help us voice our concern on the impact that this tax increase will have on the cost of parking.
